Smoky Buffalo Mac and Cheese
Ingredients:
2 cups elbow macaroni
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp Smoke Show spice
Green onions, for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, whisk in flour, then slowly add milk and bring to a simmer.

Smoked BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders
Ingredients:
2 lbs pork shoulder

1 cup BBQ sauce
Slider buns
Coleslaw and pickles for topping
Instructions:
- Rub pork shoulder with Smoke Show spice, then slow-cook or roast until tender (about 6-8 hours).
- Shred pork, mix with BBQ sauce, and serve on slider buns with coleslaw and pickles.
Smoked Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
6 eggs, boiled and peeled

½ tsp mustard

Instructions:
