Smoky Buffalo Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:

2 cups elbow macaroni

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup milk

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp flour

1 tbsp Smoke Show spice

Green onions, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter, whisk in flour, then slowly add milk and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add cheese and Smoke Show spice, stirring until melted.
  4. Combine cheese sauce with macaroni, garnish with green onions, and serve hot.

Smoked BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders

Ingredients:

2 lbs pork shoulder

1 tbsp Smoke Show spice

1 cup BBQ sauce

Slider buns

Coleslaw and pickles for topping

Instructions:

  1. Rub pork shoulder with Smoke Show spice, then slow-cook or roast until tender (about 6-8 hours).

Ingredients:

6 eggs, boiled and peeled

3 tbsp mayonnaise

½ tsp mustard

Paprika and chives, for garnish

Instructions:
