Spicy Maple-Glazed Ribs

Ingredients:

2 lbs pork ribs

2 tbsp Heartbreaker spice

¼ cup maple syrup

Fresh herbs, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Rub ribs with Heartbreaker spice and roast for 2 hours until tender.
  3. Brush with maple syrup, then broil for 5-10 minutes until caramelized. Garnish with fresh herbs.

Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients:

2 boneless chicken breasts

2 tbsp Heartbreaker spice

½ cup flour

½ cup buttermilk

Oil for frying

Soft buns, lettuce, pickles, and spicy sauce for serving

Instructions:

  1. Season chicken with Heartbreaker spice, then dip in buttermilk and dredge in flour.
  2. Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.

Spicy Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients:

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp Heartbreaker spice

Fresh herbs, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss chickpeas with olive oil and Heartbreaker spice, spread on a baking sheet, and roast for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh herbs.

Spicy Garlic Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients:

12 oz pasta

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp Heartbreaker spice

1 tbsp minced garlic

Fresh parsley and Parmesan shavings, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, sauté garlic and shrimp in olive oil until shrimp is pink. Add Heartbreaker spice and toss.
  3. Combine with pasta and garnish with parsley and Parmesan.
